Susan Lee
Susan Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services Administration and brings more than 30 years of experience in the caregiving field.
Inspired by her desire to help her father remain active, connected, and engaged, Susan recognized a need for a welcoming community where older adults could enjoy companionship, meaningful activities, and a true sense of belonging.
When she couldn’t find a program that reflected that vision, she created Leeside Manor.
Today, Susan’s heart, vision, and personal touch can be felt throughout Leeside. She is the heart of what makes Leeside special.
Mark Lee
Founder of the Silver Eagle Project
Mark Lee expanded the vision of Leeside through the Silver Eagle Project, creating a place where people could build, learn, and connect through hands-on projects.
After retiring in 2015, Mark opened his five-bay workshop to members of the Leeside community. What began as a workshop quickly became a place for friendship, creativity, and purpose—a space where veterans, retirees, and hobbyists could spend time doing what they love while building something together.
One of the group’s first and most ambitious projects was the construction of a silver RV-12 light aircraft. That project became the inspiration for the name Silver Eagle, which continues to represent the spirit of the project today.
Adam & Taylor Davis
Marketing & Executive Managers
Originally from the Lone Star State of Texas, Adam and Taylor Davis bring a fresh perspective and a passion for creating a welcoming, engaging experience at Leeside Manor.
With a Master’s Degree in Business, Adam brings a strong background in business strategy, operations, and organizational development. His focus is on helping Leeside Manor grow while maintaining the welcoming, community-centered environment that makes it special.
Taylor holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing and brings a creative eye and passion for design to Leeside. She oversees the manor’s marketing, digital presence, and visual identity, helping tell the Leeside story and showcase the experiences happening here.
Together, Adam and Taylor work to ensure Leeside Manor is not only well-managed, but remains a place where people want to spend their time, build connections, and feel at home.
