Who We Are

Owner and operator, Susan Lee, has a Master's Degree in Human Services Administration, a CNA degree, and 30 years of experience in the caregiving field. As a working woman, she wanted affordable care that would allow her father to live at home with them. While investigating the possibilities of daily care for her dad, she became aware of the need for senior day care. Susan felt a senior day service would provide an engaging social environment, so that seniors would not need to be left at home, isolated, and unattended during 8-10 hour work days. Unable to find such a service, she decide to start one herself.
Mark Lee, her husband, runs the Silver Eagle Project.
When Mark retired in 2015, he opened his five-bay detached workshop to a group of elderly men from Leeside Manor, creating a space where they could build, create, and enjoy the camaraderie of a true "man-cave."
He quickly noticed a unique dynamic—while women often connect through face-to-face conversations, men tend to bond shoulder-to-shoulder, working on meaningful projects. One of their first projects was assembling a silver light aircraft, the RV-12, which inspired the name:
